The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that tickets for the fifth annual Blackhawks Training Camp Festival, which takes place at the United Center on Saturday, Sept. 22, have sold out.
The marquee event of the Festival will allow a sold-out crowd inside the United Center to watch the Blackhawks’ first day of on-ice training camp practices and scrimmages with Head Coach Joel Quenneville wearing a microphone. Tickets for 2012 Blackhawks home preseason games versus the Detroit Red Wings, Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers will go on sale TODAY, Monday, Aug. 6, at 10:00 a.m. The Blackhawks open their 2012 home preseason schedule on Friday, Sept. 28, when they host the Red Wings at the United Center.
Tickets will be available for purchase exclusively at ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. Customers will be able to purchase up to eight (8) tickets during the sales.
Chicago led the National Hockey League in attendance for the fourth consecutive year during the 2011-12 regular season, in addition to setting a franchise record with 190 consecutive sellouts (regular and postseason).
