The final round of's "Play of the Year" tournament has arrived, and two overtime goals by forward David Jones will go head-to-head for this year's honors.

Voting on the final session ends Monday, May 30 at 1:00 p.m. MT.

Semifinal Round Winners:
#1 Jones Caps Things Off (53.90%) defeats #28 Dutchy Finishes Give-And-Go (46.10%)
#15 Jones Ends It In OT (55.57%) defeats #11 Stastny's Diving Tally (44.43%)

The final goal of Colorado's 2010-11 campaign goes up against an overtime winner from early January.

#1 Jones Caps Things Off – 4/10 vs. Edmonton (73.44% in Week 27)
David Jones closed out the Avalanche’s season and sent captain Adam Foote out as a winner when he netted an overtime goal against Edmonton. Jones went to his backhand to knock home the rebound of a Matt Duchene shot, setting a new franchise record in the process with his third OT tally of the season.

#15 Jones Ends It In OT – 1/4 vs Buffalo (46.21% in Week 13)
David Jones played the role of hero against Buffalo when he netted his first career overtime goal. Tomas Fleischmann took a pass from Ryan Wilson at the blue line, carried the puck into the zone and baited defenseman Shaone Morrisonn into dropping to the ice. Fleischmann then skated around the prone blueliner and fed Jones, who one-timed it past Ryan Miller for the game-winning goal.
