Coach's Challenge: WPG @ NSH - 10:43 of the First Period

At 10:43 of the first period in the Jets/Predators game, Nashville requested a Coach's Challenge to review whether Winnipeg was off-side prior to their goal.

After reviewing all available replays and consulting with NHL Hockey Operations staff, the Linesman determined that the Jets entered the attacking zone legally prior to the goal.

Therefore the original call stands – good goal Winnipeg Jets.

Since the Coach’s Challenge did not result in the original call being overturned, the Nashville Predators forfeit their time-out.

Coach's Challenge: MIN @ CBJ - 17:22 of the First Period

At 17:22 of the first period in the Wild/Blue Jackets game, Columbus requested a Coach's Challenge to review whether Minnesota was offside prior to their goal.

Review was not conclusive in determining whether Minnesota was off-side prior to the goal. According to Rule 78.7, “If a review is not conclusive and/or there is any doubt whatsoever as to whether the call on the ice was correct, the On-Ice Official(s) will be instructed to confirm their original call.”

Therefore the original call stands – good goal Minnesota Wild.

Since the Coach’s Challenge did not result in the original call being overturned, the Columbus Blue Jackets forfeit their time-out.

At the Rink: Lightning at Flames

CALGARY -- Right wing Jiri Hudler will not play because of a lower-body injury when the Calgary Flames play the Tampa Bay Lightning at Scotiabank Saddledome on Tuesday (9 p.m. ET; SUN, SNW).

Hudler did not practice Monday and was limited to 5:26 of ice time in the 4-0 win at the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday.

"I didn't talk to our medical staff yet, so I don't have any medical reports to give," Flames coach Bob Hartley said. "Obviously [Hudler] is not skating, so he won't be in tonight's game."

Hudler finished eighth in the NHL in scoring and established career highs in goals (31), assists (45) and points (76), and won the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy in 2014-15. He's tied for fourth in scoring for Calgary (18-18-2) this season with 20 points in 35 games, but has one goal in his past 24 games.

Forward Mason Raymond will skate in Hudler's place on a line with Sam Bennett and Markus Granlund. Raymond has been a healthy scratch the past three games.

At the Rink: Canadiens at Flyers

PHILADELPHIA -- The Philadelphia Flyers will put their top three offensive players on one line Tuesday against the Montreal Canadiens (7:30 p.m. ET; NBCSN, RDS, SNE, CSN-PH), with Claude Giroux centering left wing Jakub Voracek and right wing Wayne Simmonds.

The Flyers (15-15-7) put that line together in the second half of their 2-1 loss at the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday.

It's the latest line change for a team desperate to generate consistent offense; the Flyers are 29th in the League at 2.11 goals per game. Giroux (12), Simmonds (nine) and Voraeck (four) have combined for 32.0 percent of the Flyers' non-shootout goals this season (25 of 78).

"We weren't getting a lot accomplished five-on-five through the first 30 minutes of that game [against the Kings]," Flyers coach Dave Hakstol said Tuesday. "That was something to change up our rhythm, number one. And to try to start generating a little bit."

At the Rink: Jets at Predators

NASHVILLE -- The Winnipeg Jets will try to improve their fortunes on the road against the Nashville Predators at Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday (8 p.m. ET; TSN3, FS-TN).

The Jets lost 7-0 to the Predators in their first game in Nashville on Nov. 14 and fell behind 4-0 in the first period. That game will serve as motivation for the Jets to get off to a better start and come away with a win against a Central Division opponent.

"I think there's a lot of games in between the two," Jets coach Paul Maurice said. "We certainly have a memory of how sideways that went on us real early in the game, and we were embarrassed in here as a team, so there will be some urgency not to let that happen. It seems like a while ago for us."

At the Rink: Panthers at Sabres

BUFFALO – The Florida Panthers are looking to win their 10th straight game when they play the Buffalo Sabres on Tuesday (7 p.m. ET; FS-F, MSG-B, BELL TV).

The Panthers (23-12-4) turn to Roberto Luongo to try and extend their franchise-best winning streak and he's had a lot of success at First Niagara Center. Luongo has shut out the Sabres three straight times in Buffalo dating back to the 2013-2014 season.

"He's another veteran guy that prepares himself the same way every day," Panthers coach Gerard Gallant said. "And that's why our young players take off because they watch these guys prepare themselves and get ready for games. They get ready for practices, they get ready for the games, and they're true professionals. But [Luongo] has been great and Al Montoya has been really good for us this year so the goaltending has been a strong point for our club."

In Luongo's career against the Sabres, he's 15-7-2 with a .937 save percentage and a 1.87 goals-against average with five shutouts. Luongo split his first two starts against the Sabres this season at BB&T Center, allowing three goals on 19 shots in a 3-2 loss on Nov. 12.

At the Rink: Wild at Blue Jackets

COLUMBUS – Coach John Tortorella has no choice but to go with the youth movement until the Columbus Blue Jackets top two goaltenders return from injury.

With that in mind, the more "experienced" Anton Forsberg, 23, will start Tuesday against the Minnesota Wild (7 p.m. ET; FS-N, FS-O) when the Blue Jackets go for a third straight win.

Rookie Joonas Korpisalo, 21, will be the backup while No. 1 goalie Sergei Bobrovsky misses his 12th straight game because of a groin injury. Korpisalo is 1-4-0 with a 3.65 goals-against average.

"Maybe it bands us together the way it should," captain Nick Foligno said. "We're going to be more focused in our defensive end for sure."

At the Rink: Stars at Rangers

NEW YORK -- New York Rangers forward Kevin Hayes will play against the Dallas Stars on Tuesday after being a healthy scratch for the past two games. He will replace Emerson Etem in the lineup. Etem will be a healthy scratch.

Forward Jayson Megna will make his season debut for the Rangers in place of Chris Kreider, who is day-to-day with a hand injury. Megna was recalled on Monday from Hartford of the American Hockey League, where he has seven goals and 18 points in 34 games this season.

Hayes initially was scratched for the first time this season at the Tampa Bay Lightning last Wednesday because coach Alain Vigneault felt he wasn't working hard or doing enough to stay in the lineup. Vigneault expressed he had reached "a tipping point" with Hayes, who has 17 points in 37 games this season, but only three points, all assists, in his past 16 games.

"I'm confident that he's going to respond the right way," Vigneault said. "Really strong preparation on his part and I'm expecting him to go on the ice tonight, make the plays that he needs to make with the puck to have success at both ends of the rink and through the neutral zone."

At the Rink: Capitals at Bruins

BOSTON -- The Washington Capitals are going to rely on a familiar strategy in an attempt to end their first two-game losing streak of the season against the Boston Bruins at TD Garden on Tuesday (7 p.m. ET; TVA Sports, CSN-DC, NESN): They're going to start goaltender Braden Holtby.

The Capitals are 0-1-1 in their past two games.

Holtby is 8-2-0 in his career against the Bruins with a 1.52 goals-against average and .954 save percentage. He also led the Capitals to a seven-game series win against Boston in the 2012 Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

"Things like that, you could look into them, but there really isn't much evidence," said Holtby, who leads the NHL in wins with 24 and has a 1.92 GAA and .932 save percentage. "Teams change every year, circumstances change. Tonight's a different game. Just because we've had success in the past doesn't mean we'll have it tonight by doing easy things. We'll have to focus on what's made us successful this year and what we think can make us successful against a very good team in the Boston Bruins."
