Participant Package:

Each registration includes the following:

  • 10 Games & 10 Skills Sessions

  • Access to special experiences & offers


The league has been designed to offer families more convenience and less of a travel commitment to help more girls get in the game. Each week consists of 1 hour of skills session led by an NYR Girls Hockey Program Instructor and 1 hour of games, playing the teams in your region.

Regions are broken down by New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Long Island. See the regional breakdown below.

League standings will be available once game play begins later this October.

Players will be assigned their teams after the first practice for evaluation purposes A league schedule will be released once games and travel between locations can resume


The Junior Rangers Girls Hockey League is available to girls between the ages of 11 - 14 years old and girls 10 and under respectively. Players of all skill levels are welcome to participate from girls who are getting on the ice for the first time, just getting back in the game, and girls with a few years of experience!

Refund Policy

1. A refund will be provided per request if the New York Rangers or its partner facilities must cancel the sessions for any reason. The refund will be based on the number of sessions completed.

2. A refund will be provided per request minus a $25 transaction fee due to participant injury or illness. The participants parent/guardian must provide a doctor's note in order to receive a refund.

3. The Rangers do not provide refund or make up sessions due to missed sessions that don't fall under the above circumstances.

4. Program credits are also an option if your situation falls under provisions 1 & 2.
