by Chandler Parr @chandlerparrfit / Fit to be King

This week I talked to Leo Gibson, HiDow International's Athletic Director, about my favorite topic, nutrition.

When it comes to nutrition, I always like to focus on fueling my body first. It's important to be in constant communication between you and your body by paying attention to how the things you eat make you feel. This obviously varies for every individual, but I have found that following a high fat, low carb diet is extremely effective and beneficial.

Drew Doughty: Best Goal Celebrations

Whether it's Drew Doughty's own goal or one of his teammates, Doughty knows how to celebrate

by Josh Cooper @JoshuaCooper /

Obvious enthusiasm erupts from Drew Doughty when an LA Kings teammate scores a goal.

If the goal is an important one and Doughty is on the ice, the person scoring the goal often knows Doughty will often be the first person to find him and the defenseman's celebration will probably dwarf anyone else's.

"I think it's just part of his personality," Dustin Brown said. "He's excited. I think he's probably just as excited as when other guys score as when he scores."

In many ways, Doughty's goal celebrations for his teammates offer a glimpse into him as a person who loves to win and wants to see people around him do well.

That's a high standard.
