The LA Kings New Fan Offer (“Offer”) is operated by LA Kings Hockey Club, LLC (“Administrator”) with offices at 555 N. Nash Street, El Segundo, CA 90245. By enrolling or registering for the Offer, you hereby agree to this Offer Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully, as your participation in the Offer, and any discounts you receive, are subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND US, EXCEPT DISPUTES RESOLVED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, IS SUBJECT TO A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND MUST BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION. PLEASE READ THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION BELOW AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

New fans will receive $60 off their first LA Kings home game ticket when they sign up for LA Kings marketing emails. Offer valid for new subscribers only. Tickets must be purchased at the link here, provided in a follow up email after signing up through the link on this page. Not valid on tickets purchased through other retailers, box office windows, or third-party ticket exchanges or resale sites. Discount applies to the pre-tax ticket price only and excludes service fees, facility fees, and any applicable taxes, and may not be used toward merchandise or concessions. Offer valid for a single ticket per new subscriber and for a single game only. Tickets subject to availability and blackout dates. ELIGIBILITY. Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age; Subscribers may sign-up for the LA Kings New Fan Offer on the official LA Kings website. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any such email. You may also notify us at [email protected]. You are allowed to have only one Subscription (as defined below) per person. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke a subscription to any individual at any time for any reason whatsoever. You agree you will not sell, transfer, share or assign any Subscriber rights. Any benefits or discounts as a result of this O1er are not your personal property, are not descendible, and may not be inherited, bartered, purchased, or sold. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email login credentials and, for online users, for restricting access to your computer (or other device, as applicable) so that others may not access your benefits or discounts.

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION. Online sign-ups are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrollment. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

GENERAL INFORMATION. By signing up for LA Kings marketing communications, you hereby agree to abide by this Agreement as well as any rules, regulations, policies and procedures described herein, or on websites, webpages, or other materials or otherwise communicated to Subscribers. The terms “Subscriber,” “Subscribers,” “you,” and “your” apply to you as a subscriber of the LA Kings New Fan Offer, the term “Subscription” refers to your LA Kings Marketing Communications Subscription account. Administrator reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or change the Terms and Conditions of the LA Kings New Fan Offer or your Subscription, including without limitation modifying methods of earning, redeeming or forfeiting benefits or discounts, and changing the terms for use of any benefits or discounts at any time. Administrator reserves the right to terminate any Subscription, if, in its sole discretion, Administrator determines that a Subscriber has violated or breached this Agreement or otherwise engaged in fraud or other improper conduct with respect to the Offer. Each Subscriber is solely responsible for the safekeeping of all membership info, including discount codes, and is liable for all activities and purchases conducted via the Offer, whether or not conducted by the Subscriber. Administrator is not responsible for any unauthorized activity under your Subscription.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. LA Kings in no way promote illegal acts, and any sign-up which includes or promotes illegal acts will be disqualified. LA Kings assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Subscriptions. LA Kings are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any email or Subscription received by LA Kings on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, including https://www.nhl.com/kings or https://www.nhl.com/kings/fans/new-fan, or any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to a Subscriber's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials referenced in these Terms and Conditions.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A SUBSCRIBER TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, LA KINGS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

ARENA CONDUCT AND TICKET USE. Tickets do not include meals, beverages, parking, travel to/from Crypto.com Arena, gratuities, service fees, or any other expenses of a personal nature, unless otherwise set forth above. All federal, state, and local taxes, along with any other expenses and costs not expressly listed above, are each Subscriber's sole responsibility. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All Subscribers and their guests agree to comply with all applicable arena regulations in connection with any game tickets. LA Kings and/or the arena owner reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any Subscriber and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game. Releasees (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, epidemic/pandemic, civil disturbances, work stoppage, or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any NHL game.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By enrolling in the Offer, Subscribers release, indemnify, and hold harmless LA Kings, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., L.A. Arena Company, LLC, and the NHL, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, shareholders, directors, o1icers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, illness, death, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions; the receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any benefit or discount; any malfunction, error, or other problem arising in connection with the collection, processing, or retention of Subscription information; or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or any Offer announcement.
