When it comes to rooting for the Kings, there are those that just follow the team, there are true fans and then there are the Los Angeles Kings Boosters.
The Los Angeles Kings Booster Club (LAKBC) is a non-profit organization and the Official Fan Club of the L.A. Kings. Members of the LAKBC do not just support the team but also aid in the promotion of hockey in Southern California and assist the Kings' various charities.
In partnership with the Los Angeles Kings, the LAKBC provides volunteer support to the organization and makes an annual donation to the Kings Care Foundation.
In past seasons, members of the LAKBC have aided in the annual Kings Wives Toy Drive, Food Drives as well as volunteered for the Children's Cancer Research Fund 5K/10K event as well as the CCRF Holiday Skate at LA Live and are involved in other community activities. The LAKBC holds monthly meetings at Staples Center prior to a Kings home game which includes a Q & A session featuring alumni, coaches and honored guests.
The LAKBC is located on the Main Concourse of STAPLES Center, at the Figueroa Entrance, next to the Kings Care booth behind Section 102.
