What an exciting season this has been. The Islanders sit in a playoff spot and your passion has been on full display, with roars inside UBS Arena echoing across Long Island and beyond.

Together, we welcomed new faces to the Islanders roster including first-overall pick Matthew Schaefer, who has captivated Isles Nation and the NHL at large. Ilya Sorokin has set the Islanders record for all-time shutouts and leads the NHL in shutouts this season. Meanwhile, Bo Horvat is representing Team Canada in the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 and Mat Barzal hit the 500-point mark this season.

In place of the traditional split schedule, Half Season Memberships will now offer you the 25 best games of the year, so that you’re in the stands for our biggest matchups at UBS Arena.

If necessary, update your payment method and select the payment plan that works best for you. An eleven (11) month plan will otherwise be applied.

What are my payment plan options and what forms of payment are accepted?

We’re excited to provide you with more flexibility next season. Click here to log into your Islanders Account Manager to update your payment plan and method. You can choose between Monthly (11 months), Quarterly (4 months), or 50/50 (2 months), or Pay in Full, with the first payment being March 20.

We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. Contact your Member Services Account Manager with questions.

How do I gain access to the 2027 Honda NHL® All-Star?

Can I upgrade my seats to a premium location?

Yes, please contact your Member Services Account Manager to learn more about Club Seating and Suites at UBS Arena.

Can I add, change, or reduce my seats on my Membership for next season?

Yes, please contact your Member Services Account Manager and we’ll find you the best location for the quantity that makes the most sense for you.

What happens to my Isles Rewards points after the season?

By renewing your Membership, you will keep all active points currently on your account. Expiration details can be found within Isles Rewards on the New York Islanders App by clicking on your points balance and navigating to the “Expiring” tab. If you decide not to renew your Membership, you will relinquish any remaining points at the conclusion of the season.

What is Isles Rewards?

As a New York Islanders Season Ticket Member, you earn rewards for your engagement, loyalty, and support of your Isles. To sign up, visit the Isles + UBS Arena App and navigate to the Member Portal from the home page or click here for a step-by-step guide. I think my Tenure Level is wrong. How can I check this?

Our journey as an NHL franchise goes back to 1972, and we do our best to diligently track the tenure of our Members. If you have a question about the Tenure Level you see, please reach out to your Member Services Account Manager and we’ll work with you to ensure we have it correct. Tenure is defined as a continuous New York Islanders membership for a consecutive number of years.

How do I opt-out of my membership?

Click here to submit the Opt-Out Form. Your Member Services Account Manager will be in touch to confirm.

I have a Half Season Membership and used to be on auto-renew, did something change?

Yes, our Half Season Membership has been elevated to give you more of the best games. Please review your membership information along with your invoice found on your Islanders Account Manager. Once you select your payment plan, your Member Services Account Manager will contact you with your new Season Ticket Member Agreement.
