Isles Rewards is a new program for Islanders Season Ticket Members. Members now earn points from their activity throughout the year, which can be redeemed for rewards that include exclusive experiences and merchandise.

Who is eligible?

Full Season and Half Season Members have exclusive access to Isles Rewards.

How do I participate?

Isles Rewards can be found inside your Member Portal within the Islanders + UBS Arena App. Download the app today.

How do I register?

Registering is easy! After you download and open the app, sign into your Islanders Account. Go into the Member Portal and select Isles Rewards. Tap Register and enter the same email as found on your Islanders Season Ticket Membership.

How long does the program last?

Islanders Season Ticket Members can earn and redeem points every day, with new opportunities frequently added.

How do I make a redemption?

Click on the Market Place icon inside of Isles Rewards. Select the item you wish to claim. Add the item to your cart and follow the instructions provided.

How do I receive my reward?

Isles Lab items are shipped to the address you provide. Other items may ask for pick up times and provide location information.

What is the Game Day Experience?

A whole new way to experience a New York Islanders Home Game. Answer questions in real-time during stoppages and you’ll earn points while competing against other Members. Each game is a new experience.

What is the difference between Attending and Watching?

Attending will earn you the most points and is for Members who are watching the game inside of UBS Arena. Watching allows Members to earn points while watching games they cannot attend.

Can I return an item?

All redemptions are final so please confirm what you see in your cart is correct.

I redeemed tickets to a game, how do I receive them?

Tickets will be added to your New York Islanders Season Ticket Member Account. Please allow up to 48 hours for ticket to be added to your account.
