From the Isles + UBS Arena app, click "Member Portal" from the Home page, Profile page, or More menu.
Log into your Ticketmaster account to gain access.
Once you log in, the Member Portal home page will appear.

Tap the Manage Tickets button to access your tickets.
The Member Portal will close and you'll be taken to taken to your tickets in the Islanders + UBS Arena App.
Scroll to the Member Benefits section. Tap "View All Benefits" to open all of your benefits.
Scroll your full slate of benefits.
Your Member Pass can be accessed on the top left corner of your Portal.
You can also scroll down to the Member Pass tile. Click the tile or button.
Your Member Pass will display.
