The Flyers are proud to launch Next Shift: Mentoring the Next Generation of Leaders, which will match applicants with a Flyers employee for a one-of-a-kind shadowing opportunity at the Flyers game on Thursday, March 5th against the Utah Mammoth.

This unique experience will allow those ages 18-24 to receive a behind-the-scenes look into the role their mentor holds as well as all that goes into a Flyers gameday.

Participating roles include Marketing, Communications, Game Presentation, Sales, Events, Corporate Partnerships, Community Relations, and more.
