The Devils Promo Team is an interactive group that represents the New Jersey Devils organization at games, events, and appearances throughout the community. As a Member of the Promo Team, you will serve as a Devils brand ambassador primarily responsible for making sure our fans have the best experience possible. At Devils games, the team assists with on-ice and in-arena activations and contests, interacts with Little Devils Members in the Little Devils Zone, and sells 50/50 raffle tickets on the concourse to benefit Devils Care. At events, the team will help with event setup and breakdown and interact with fans of all ages by playing games and distributing giveaways and prizes.

Devils Promo Team Members must represent our team and organization in the most positive and professional way possible. We are looking for brand ambassadors who proudly represent the Garden State and love all things Jersey. Members of this team must have: an outgoing personality; good energy; a positive attitude; strong teamwork skills; professionalism; poise; strong communication skills; a strong work ethic; reliability; approachability; and comfort taking part in interactive contests and showcasing his or her individual personality and enthusiasm in front of thousands of Devils fans.

Applications will be reviewed and applicants that meet the necessary qualifications will be asked to come in for a live interview at Prudential Center. The Devils are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

The Devils Promo Team will receive step-by-step training from the Devils staff before the season begins. Training will cover all areas of the promo team's responsibilities including in-arena activations, Little Devils Zone, 50/50, and local events.

Promo Team Members are part-time employees that work flexible schedules and must be available for at least 75% of Devils home games, various practices & events, and outside appearances. Call time for games is a minimum of 2 hours prior to puck drop and Promo Team members should plan to work 12-20 hours per week during the NHL season. Hours will vary based on team availability, the Devils schedule, and the number of local events.

Yes. This is a fun, part-time job, and Devils Promo Team members are paid an hourly rate for all games, events, and appearances worked.

No. Devils Promo Team members only work home games and events in New Jersey. From time-to-time, additional travel-related opportunities do come up in other parts of the Tri-State Area.
