Promo Team FAQs

The Devils Promo Team is an interactive group that represents the New Jersey Devils organization at all home games and some events throughout the community. Promo Team members serve as brand ambassadors for the Devils and are primarily responsible for making sure our fans have the best experience possible. At Devils games, the team assists with on-ice and in-arena activations and contests, from choosing contestants to throwing t-shirts and much more.

We are looking for brand ambassadors who proudly represent the Garden State and love all things this side of the Hudson. Devils Promo Team Members are positive and professional representatives of our team and organization. They possess outgoing personalities, strong teamwork skills, are approachable and comfortable entertaining in front of thousands of fans.

Skating/hockey experience is not required but is welcomed. Some members of the Devils Promo Team will take the ice during home games and will be required to wear hockey skates.

Promo Team members are part-time employees that work flexible schedules including nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Members must be able to commit to at least 75% of home games and be able to arrive to the arena 2 hours prior to puck drop.

Absolutely not. As with most professional promotional teams across various leagues (NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB) there are very strict rules and regulations discouraging fraternization with the team, players, coaches, etc.
