On the Ice

On Mar. 7, Weegar traveled to Columbus and made his Mammoth debut against the Blue Jackets. In his first game with his new team, he earned his first point with the Mammoth when he assisted on a second period goal. Weegar played his first home game at the Delta Center on Mar. 12 against the Chicago Blackhawks, and scored his first Utah goal on Mar. 26 against the Washington Capitals.

Through 19 regular season games with the Mammoth, Weegar scored one goal and had six assists for seven points. Weegar also played in all six of the Mammoth’s playoff games. On Apr. 24, in Utah’s first home playoff game, Weegar scored the team’s first goal of the game and added his name to the record books with the first home playoff goal in franchise history. Weegar had two goals and three assists for five points in the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
