Yes. Points expire on a 12-month rolling schedule. Points remain active for 12 months from the date they are deposited into your account.

Open the Utah Mammoth App and enter the Rewards section. Your overall point balance is displayed on the main FanZone page, while available rewards can be browsed on the Marketplace page. You can also check your balance anytime from the points banner.

Yes. Season Ticket Members receive elevated program status including accelerated point-earning rates on eligible activities, access to select exclusive rewards and special member opportunities throughout the season.

Yes. All points accumulate into a single shared balance across the Jazz, Utah Mammoth, and Delta Center. Points earned through your Utah Mammoth Rewards account can be redeemed for Jazz Rewards or select Delta Center events.

Some redeemable points take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account. If points are still missing after 48 hours, or you need any other help, open the Rewards section of the app, then select Profile at the bottom right and go to Help to submit a support form for help.
