Once you have access to MyBoltsNation via your smartphone, you can view all tickets for your upcoming games in the 'EVENTS' tab. Select the game you wish to view and you will see your digital ticket(s). If you have multiple seats you can swipe left or right to view all your seats for a particular game. Yes, once you access your seats for a particular game, you can swipe left or right to view all your seats. This is allowed for entry into Amalie Arena for multiple people but, for ease of travel throughout the game, we encourage you to transfer tickets to each member of your party. They can create their own account and accept the seats in just a few minutes like you did!

To ensure that you can take full advantage of the mobile ticketing option and simply walk up to the gates at Amalie Arena and enter, we encourage you to retrieve your mobile ticket in advance and save it in the wallet in your smartphone.

If the battery on your phone dies and you are not able to access your mobile ticket for entry, you can use your STM card as a back-up for the game.

If you do not have your STM card and your phone battery dies, please come to the McDonald's ticket office with a photo ID and we will print you a ticket for the game. Note: printed tickets will only be provided to the Season Ticket Member of record on the account.

If your phone is lost, stolen or the battery dies during a game please proceed to Guest Services at Section 101 for assistance.
