WELCOME TO HOCKEY PARADISE

The Lightning's game against the Islanders will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, and air as a real-time, animated broadcast that takes place in a Tampa-themed virtual world, presented by AdventHealth! The game will feature volumetric animation geared towards families and young hockey fans, who will join the Lightning’s mascot, ThunderBug, on a Floridian adventure to Hockey Paradise. The Bolts and Isles will battle for two points in a virtual world, featuring the iconic buildings, beaches and water life of Tampa Bay.

Alongside the traditional broadcast of the game on FanDuel Sports Network, the latest animated program in the NHL HOCKEYVERSE will be carried locally on the official Lightning app and TampaBayLightning.com, as well as on NHL.com.

ThunderBug and friends will be outside and are set to host activations including giveaways and kid-friendly food & beverage specials, ball hockey, music, face painters, balloon twisters, caricature artists and more!
