What an exciting season this has been. The Islanders sit in a playoff spot and your passion has been on full display, with roars inside UBS Arena echoing across Long Island and beyond.

Together, we welcomed new faces to the Islanders roster including first-overall pick Matthew Schaefer, who has captivated Isles Nation and the NHL at large. Ilya Sorokin has set the Islanders record for all-time shutouts and leads the NHL in shutouts this season. Meanwhile, Bo Horvat is representing Team Canada in the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 and Mat Barzal hit the 500-point mark this season.

On the ice, the team continues to build on the proud history of Islanders hockey. Off the ice, your Membership has delivered greater value, personalization, and exclusive access to the team you love—and we’re just getting started.

The New York Islanders and UBS Arena are proud to host the 2027 Honda NHL® All-Star on Feb. 5-7, 2027.
Season Ticket Members will have priority access to purchase strips for this incredible two-day event.

When will I be able to access tickets to my account?

Tickets for the 2026-27 season will be available in your Islanders + UBS Arena App following the release of the 2026-27 season schedule.

What are my payment plan options and what forms of payment are accepted?

Your payment plan options are:

  • Pay In Full | June
  • 2 Installments | March and August
  • 4 Installments | March, May, July, and September
  • 11 Installments | March through January

Please contact your Premium Hospitality Account Manager should you wish to adjust your payment plan, they will walk you through the process.

We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. You can click here to update a credit card on your Islanders Account Manager.

How do I locate my Account ID?

Your Account ID is displayed at the top of your Member Pass within the Islanders + UBS Arena App. It’s also displayed underneath your name on the “My Profile” page of your Islanders Account Manager.

How do I book a Suite Rental?

You can book a Suite Rental directly with your Member Discount and Credit with your Premium Hospitality Account Manager. Our suite options are located on the Suite and Event Level of the building.

How do I purchase additional game tickets at my preferred member rate?

To purchase additional game tickets at your preferred member rate, please contact your Premium Hospitality Account Manager.

Can I add additional seats for next season?

Yes, please contact your Premium Hospitality Account Manager and we’ll find you the best location for the quantity that makes the most sense for you.

Can I upgrade my seats to a premium location?

If you are interested in discussing upgrading your Premium seating location, please reach out directly to your Premium Hospitality Account Manager.

How do I purchase parking?

Information on purchasing parking for the 2026-2027 season will come at a later date.

What are my options for ADA parking accommodations?

We have designated parking for guests with disabilities in all of our designated Premium parking areas. Please note that all guests with disabilities who park in the accessible parking spots must have a valid disabled parking permit and/or plate on the vehicle.

What is Isles Rewards?

Isles Rewards is a program designed for Islanders Season Ticket Members. Members now earn points from their activity throughout the year, which can be redeemed for rewards that include exclusive experiences, events and merchandise. Isles Rewards can be accessed through your Member Portal on the Islanders + UBS Arena App.

How can I claim tickets for Isles 365 events?

Head over to your Member Portal through the Islanders + UBS Arena App to view all upcoming events and use points to redeem your tickets.

How do I access my Member Pass?

Your Member Pass can be accessed through the Islanders + UBS Arena App. Click on “More” along the bottom menu, and select “Member Pass” from the extended menu list, from there your Member Pass QR Code will appear.
