Adult Hockey Development

Equipment: Full hockey gear

Adult Hockey Development is a challenging and stimulating learn-to-play hockey program for adults 18 and older. This course targets players with previous skating experience, but with limited hockey experience who want to develop the required skills to compete in adult hockey leagues. Players will be exposed to skills like stride development, hockey stops, turns, crossovers and inside and outside edges. They will also get a chance to learn how to control the puck, make and receive passes and be introduced to shooting mechanics and game play.
