  • Birthday Message Format: HAPPY [AGE] BIRTHDAY [NAME]
  • Welcome Message Format: WELCOME [NAME]
  • Anniversary Message Format: HAPPY [YEAR OF ANNIVERSARY] ANNIVERSARY [NAME]
  • Messaging Guidelines:
    • Commercial, political, religious, or inappropriate messages will not be accepted.
    • Messages are limited to alphabetical and numerical characters as well as standard punctuation. Special characters and emoticons will not be displayed.
    • Messages must NOT include:
      • Vulgar language
      • References to teams or players
    • The New York Islanders reserve the right to refuse any message
    • The New York Islanders reserve the right to edit submitted messages for clarity.

Scoreboard Message Display Times

  • Birthday Messages: 1st Intermission
  • Welcome Messages: 2nd Intermission
  • Anniversary Messages: 2nd Intermission

Scoreboard Message Deadlines

  • Requests must be sent in 72 hours before puck drop of the requested game.
  • For Saturday and Sunday games, they should be received by 5:00 PM on Wednesday.
  • There are a limited number of spaces for messages. Should messages be filled to capacity upon your order, you will receive a notification and a refund

*Please note: If you do not see the game listed in your order process, you have missed the deadline to order, or the scoreboard message is sold out. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
