Barclays Center and its food and beverage concessionaires have adopted an alcohol policy that is designed to protect guests and the community from alcohol-related incidents. There are a total of seven ATMs in Barclays Center. There are five located on the Ticketmaster Main Concourse of the arena conveniently located at all four corners of the building and one additional in the GEICO Atrium. In addition, there are two located on the Upper Pavilion.
Baby bags, plastic bottles, and formula are permitted into the building. Should the bag become an obstruction due to its size, guests may be asked to check the bag in to the Ticketmaster Main Concourse Brooklyn Marriott Guest Services Center.
Baby changing tables are located in every restroom throughout the arena with the exception of the restroom amenities located on the event level.
Bags must be 18"x14"x10" to be permitted into the building. Oversized bags, i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena.

All guests entering the arena are subject to security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Barclays Center Security personnel. Security screenings are designed to detect prohibited items from entering the venue.

Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest in need at every Barclays Center event. The primary First Aid is located on the Ticketmaster Main Concourse near the Brooklyn Marriott Guest Services Center. A secondary location is on the Upper Pavilion near Section 212. In addition, Barclays Center is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED). Designated employees, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of our Guest Services or Security staff for assistance. These devices are located at both of the First Aid locations.

Located in Syosset, Islanders Iceworks is a state-of-the-art hockey complex, and the official practice facility of the New York Islanders. Iceworks offers hockey/figure skating programs for the novice to expert skater. The facility provides Long Island's most comprehensive programs for children/adults to enjoy the game of hockey, develop new skating skills and learn from the best. Lost children/guests should be directed to any one of our Brooklyn Marriott Guest Services Centers, located on the Ticketmaster Main Concourse and the Upper Pavilion. The employee will immediately notify a supervisor that they have received a report of a lost / missing child, (referred to as a Code Adam), and the Supervisor in turn, will immediately notify the Security Command Center and all other Departments. Parents looking for a lost child should contact the nearest Guest Services Staff Member or Security Officer. For safety reasons Barclays Center is unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or guests.
For lost tickets, guests must contact their point of purchase. For stolen tickets, guests should contact local law enforcement first, then their point of purchase.

The New York Islanders Children's Foundation was created in the summer of 2003, and is dedicated to supporting Long Island-based nonprofit organizations that provide opportunities to children. The Foundation will work with children's charities that focus on the areas of health, education and youth hockey development. Funding for the Foundation is raised by our fans, through their participation in our numerous fundraising events and activities. The Barclays Center is one of the most accessible sports and entertainment venues in the area. Centrally located at the intersection of Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues, it is be served by New York's third-largest transportation hub. Visitors will have the option of taking nine different subway lines and the LIRR, just eight minutes from Wall Street, 18 minutes from Penn Station, and 20 minutes from Times Square or Grand Central Station. The Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges also provide easy access from Manhattan, while the Holland Tunnel is a quick drive away.

For safety purposes, all guests entering Barclays Center will be searched and have their belongings scanned. Barclays Center reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or prohibited items. Any guest who declines to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from Barclays Center.
Smoking is not permitted in the arena at any time. The immediate area around the arena is also a non-smoking campus. Additionally, electronic smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the building. There is no re-entry.
