The New York Islanders care deeply about the community they call home and are committed to fostering relationships throughout the Long Island/Metro NY area that enhance the quality of life of its neighbors. The organization addresses important social issues including education, youth development, health and wellness, and community collaboration along with grassroot initiatives.
The Islanders are able to make a difference through a variety of ways: the creation and implementation of in-house community-based programs, fundraising and donations through the team's non-profit organization, the Islanders Children's Foundation, along with the implementation of grassroot grow the game initiatives and events.
The accomplishments of the Islanders off the ice are the result of a dedicated group of individuals, including ownership, management, players, front office staff and the generous contributions of our loyal fans and sponsors.
The Islanders organization is a proud member of the community. As a team we will continue to work diligently to touch the lives of those around us.
