Beginning with the 2018-19 season, digital tickets will become the universal method of delivery through Ticketmaster's account manager (for single game buyers), replacing PDF's and the print at home option. You and your guests will no longer need to print tickets in order to access Rogers Arena for Vancouver Canucks Hockey Games.

Digital ticketing provides a safe and convenient way to access Rogers Arena and distribute your seats to friends, family and others. Many businesses and industries have transitioned to mobile platforms including banking, ordering groceries, travel and adding your Vancouver Canucks tickets to the list is a natural fit.

Accessing and Managing Your Seats

  • Download the Ticketmaster app from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store or visit the Ticketmaster mobile website.
  • Login to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your ticket(s).
  • Tap and show. Your phone will be scanned for entry and you're in!

Pro tip: Add your ticket(s) to your phone's "wallet" and have a fully charged battery.

No. Print-At-Home tickets (PDF) are no longer an option moving forward for single game tickets bought online. Access to Vancouver Canucks games will require a Smart Phone to enter the building or hard copy tickets to be printed.

Sending tickets securely and conveniently is simple.

  • Visit https://www.ticketmaster.ca/
  • Sign into My Account and click on your event to find your tickets.
  • Click the "Transfer Tickets" button (event eligibility may vary)
  • Select the tickets you'd like to transfer
  • Enter your recipient's first and last name, email address and an optional note.
  • Click the "Send" button

Yes, to provide secure access to tickets all ticket holders require an account, however, you can send a ticket to them before they create an account - all you require is their valid email address to begin the sending process. Upon receipt of the ticket transfer via email, the recipient will be prompted to create an account during the acceptance process if there isn't an account already associated with their email address.

Tickets can be reclaimed provided they haven't already been accepted by the recipient. We recommend you double check the email address you're sending to before confirming your send.

Yes, ticket transferring is available for all tickets in your account that have not already been scanned into the venue.

Yes. Most professional sports venues have the ability to provide digital tickets for patrons. Many have led the way to eliminating the ability to print tickets; specifically, in the National Hockey League - Toronto Maple Leafs, Edmonton Oilers, Minnesota Wild, Washington Capitals, and the Winnipeg Jets have eliminated Print-At-Home tickets (PDF).

If you do not have access to a smartphone, you are able to send and receive ticket transfers on any desktop, laptop or tablet. You will need to proceed to the Toyota Ticket Centre (located on the north side of Rogers Arena by Gate 10) with government issued ID to access your tickets to the event you are attending.

We recommend viewing your Mobile Entry tickets prior to arriving to your event. Ticketmaster's app will save your tickets and will allow you to view them in the event, even if you lose internet access. You can also preload your seats to your phone (Apple Wallet - iPhone; Google Pay - Android) prior to arriving at Rogers Arena.'

We ask that you proceed to the to the Toyota Ticket Centre (located on the north side of Rogers Arena by Gate 10) with government issued ID to access your tickets to the event you are attending. In addition, Rogers Arena staff are readily available to assist you on-site with any last-minute ticket support needs. If this occurs prior to arriving at Rogers Arena you can always reach us by phoning our office Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm at 604.899.7676.

No, screenshots are not valid tickets for entry and you may be denied entry and redirected to the Toyota Ticket Centre for assistance.

Your tickets are accessible to manage, view and transfer any time leading up to your event. The barcode for entry will become active once you purchase your event and is only required when scanning through the entry gates upon arrival.

Yes, you can have multiple tickets on one phone. You will simply be required to enter Rogers Arena with your entire group. For the best experience, the recommendation is to always transfer the individual tickets to each attendee.
