With the announcement by the Columbus City Council that the city mask mandate for indoor spaces has been lifted, masks are no longer required for Blue Jackets games at Nationwide Arena. However, fans are welcome to continue wearing masks if they choose.

We are excited to welcome the 5th Line back in full force this season. It is your passion and support that makes Nationwide Arena such a special place to play. This season you will once again have the chance to experience one of the best gameday atmospheres in all of sports. There will be cannons fired, t-shirts tossed, chili chants and mascot hijinks to be enjoyed by all, but we need your help. What to Expect on Gameday

Some important items for fans planning on coming to games this season to keep in mind:

  • Per the City of Columbus guidelines, the city mask mandate for indoor spaces has been lifted, masks are no longer required for Blue Jackets games at Nationwide Arena. However, fans are welcome to continue wearing masks if they choose.
  • We've gone MOBILE. Tickets purchased via ticketmaster are delivered as a SafeTix code. Your phone is your ticket. Make sure your phone is charged with a bright screen. Transfer or accept a transfer and add tickets to your Apple Wallet OR Google Pay IN ADVANCE. Not valid printed on paper OR as a screenshot.   • Nationwide Arena has gone cashless. Make purchases with a debit or credit card. Concession stands accept Apple /Google Pay. Reverse ATMs on Main and Upper Concourses exchange cash for a no-fee debit card. Funds do not expire.
  • NO BAG POLICY - Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8"x 5"x 1" that will be x-rayed via a designated screening line.
  • Contactless walk-thru security screenings will be in place. All guests are subject to search. We suggest you leave most items at home. Management reserves the sole right to determine safety hazards. If prohibited or offensive items are found, guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to security without return.
  • Surfaces are cleaned and disinfected before and after events. Nationwide Arena has earned GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation.

If the Blue Jackets advance to the playoffs and Nationwide Arena can host fans, season ticket holders will receive priority to purchase tickets.

Current Season Ticket Holder Questions

Season ticket holders will still receive the benefit of savings off individual game ticket pricing this season. The amount of the savings is determined by both the ticket plan a fan has and the section in which they choose to sit this season. For example, a quarter season ticket holder will pay the quarter season ticketholder price of the section in which they sit.

Yes, however the price paid will be based on both the ticket plan a fan has and the section in which they select a seat. For example, if you are a full season ticket holder in section 201, but for an upcoming game, you purchase tickets to sit in section 101, you will pay the full season ticketholder price for the seat in section 101.

Yes! All Full, Half and Quarter season ticket holders will have the option to purchase STH Fan Bucks to use for games during the 2021-22 season. All STH Fan Bucks cards will now be digital and can be managed through the Blue Jackets app by clicking on the STH Fan Bucks button. Once you load money on your STH Fan Bucks account, you will be able to save 15% off the standard price when paying at the register.

Game Day Experience

Yes! You will have options to purchase a wide range of food and beverage inside Nationwide Arena. All food and beverage service will be in compliance with current health and safety regulations. Yes, the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation will host a 50/50 Raffle during each home game this season. Tickets can be purchased in the arena or online at bluejackets.com/5050raffle.

Tickets for the 50/50 Raffle presented by Kemba Financial Credit Union will be available online beginning at 9AM on the date of each home game and will continue at the end of the 2nd intermission. Dates and timing are subject to change but will always be communicated on Twitter (@CBJGivesBack) and online at bluejackets.com/5050raffle. The 50/50 winner, announced in-arena and on Twitter following the conclusion of each raffle, wins 50% of the total sales with the remaining 50% will be split between the participating non-profit and the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation.

To participate, fans can visit bluejackets.com/5050raffle. Transactions will be cashless and purchases can only be made using debit card, credit card or contactless forms of payment including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Location restrictions apply.

During every home game, the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation will host online silent auctions that will include unique items and autographed memorabilia to help raise funds for their community efforts.

Each auction will open at 9AM on the date of each home game and will conclude at the end of the second intermission. Dates and timing are subject to change but will always be communicated on Twitter (@CBJGivesBack) and via text message. Themed merchandise will also be available for purchase at the kiosk in the arena and online. Merchandise transactions will be cashless and purchases can only be made using debit card or credit card.
