What is the new Forever Faithful Membership flexibility benefit?

With the new, more flexible Membership there are no more renewal deadlines or feeling locked in. If your circumstances change, you will have the ability to make changes to your Membership at any time.

What adjustments can I make to my Membership?

There are many different options available to you when it comes to your Forever Faithful Membership. Whether it is the number of payments on your payment plan, the number of games you attend, the seat location and price of your seats, or even stepping away for a period of time, contact your representative and we will work with you to find the best solution for your needs.

 

How do I secure my Playoff Seats?

Full Season & Half Season Members will need to actively express that they want to purchase the Playoff tickets available to them by logging into their KSE Account Manager and select the payment option that works best. An active selection is required, and Playoff Tickets that have not been secured will be released by March 13th, 2026.

 

If I want to take a break from my Membership, how will that impact my refund?

If you choose to step away from your Membership, we’ll first credit you for any future games that have not yet been played and have not been transferred or resold.

Member pricing is based on a commitment to a specific number of games. As part of an active membership, members receive preferred pricing during the regular season and other membership benefits tied to that level of commitment.

This may include:

Regular Season Pricing Benefits – Season Ticket Member pricing compared to standard single-game ticket pricing for games already attended.

Playoff Discounts – The discounts received being a Season Ticket Member with an active membership ticket plan versus pricing given to inactive membership accounts.

If you need to step away later, that’s okay! We’ll review any pricing benefits already received during your Membership and reconcile them as part of the refund process so everything is handled fairly. Any applicable pricing differences will be clearly outlined as part of the refund calculation. Published single-game pricing used for these comparisons will be available on this page no later than September 1 (after the regular season schedule has been made public). Stepping away from your Membership is only one option available to you! You are also able to reduce the number of games in your plan, or change your seat location at any time. This would allow you to continue being an active Forever Faithful member, while also reducing your commitment.

 

What is the timing of refunds owed from stepping away from my Membership?

Please know that we will always work with you to process your refund as efficiently as we can. When you speak with your Avalanche representative about your request to step away from your Membership, they will walk you through the various pricing benefits that would need to be reconciled as well as future games that are eligible for refund or not (as noted above: if future tickets have been transferred or resold they cannot be refunded). They will then work with our internal teams to determine your final refund amount. This process could take up to a week, but we will always keep you updated.

Once your final refund amount is determined, your refund will take place either to the original credit card used to make the purchase (process can take up to 10 business days), or a check refund may be required which can take 4-6 weeks to process.

 

If I want to take a break from my Forever Faithful Membership, how will that impact my priority?

Once your account no longer has an active membership plan, the account will continue to exist, and when you decide to reactivate your account with an active membership plan, your priority number will reset.

 

What happens to the seats when I take a break from my Membership?

Released seats will be evaluated by the Colorado Avalanche to determine their best use. The seats may be made available for sale for another season ticket purchase, or in some cases be made available for purchase by group ticket clients, or individual fans.

 

Playoffs – how do the timing and pricing of playoff tickets factor into this plan?

Members who remain active receive access to discounted playoff pricing for postseason games that occur within their membership window.

For example, the 2026-27 Season Ticket Membership begins with payments in March 2026. Remaining active during that period provides access to discounted pricing for the 2025-26 NHL Playoffs, which take place before the start of the 2026-27 regular season.

If a member later chooses to step away from their 2026-27 Season Ticket Membership, we may reconcile any playoff pricing benefits received for the prior season’s playoffs that fell within that membership window.

 

What Forever Faithful Memberships are eligible for this flexibility benefit?

Colorado Avalanche full season, half season and partial season plans are eligible to participate in the membership flexibility benefit.

Any Member with seats located in UMB Reserve, Ford Champion’s Club or Ball Arena Suites are not eligible for this flexibility benefit. Please contact your representative if you have seats in these areas and have questions about this.

Additionally, Avalanche Hat Trick plan buyers are not eligible for the flexibility benefit.

 

When will I be able to view alternate seat locations that become available?

During the Relocation Process you will be able to view available seat locations for each of the Full Season, Half Season, and Quarter Season Ticket Plans. Through the online tool, you will experience ultimate flexibility in choosing the plan and seat location that fits best with what you are looking for (based on availability).
