DO ALL YOU CAN FOOD DRIVE, PRESENTED BY KING SOOPERS

The Colorado Avalanche Do All You Can Food Drive, presented by King Soopers, will be held at King Soopers in Thornton (13525 Quebec St Thornton, CO 80602) on Saturday, November 4th from 10 AM – 12 PM. Kroenke Sports Charities, in partnership with Feeding Colorado and King Soopers, invites the public to support Colorado families who are facing hunger and food insecurity by dropping off non-perishable food or monetary donations.

Colorado Avalanche representatives will be on-site to greet donors. The first 250 individuals to make a donation valued at $5 or more will receive a reusable grocery bag*. Monetary donations can also be made online at any time by visiting https://www.ksetix.com/community/donation/ and selecting ‘Do All You Can Food Drive’. A $5 donation provides 15 meals to those in need. All donations directly benefit Feeding Colorado.

*Not available for online donations.

All non-perishable food is accepted, except for food in glass containers. The following items are most needed:

• - Canned food items (beans, fruit, soups, stews, vegetables)
• - Ready-to-eat protein (beef jerky, chicken & tuna pouches)
• - Pasta & canned sauce
• - Dried beans, peas, lentils
• - Rice & quinoa
• - Nut butters (almond, peanut)
• - Granola/snack bars
• - Whole grain crackers
• - Whole grain cereal & oatmeal
• - Nuts
