The Buffalo Sabres have extended qualifying offers to the following restricted free agents:
Forwards Victor Olofsson, Arttu Ruotsalainen and Brett Murray, and goaltender Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen.

BUF@PHI: Olofsson rips power-play goal under glove

Olofsson hit the 20-goal mark for the second time in his career last season. He produced a career-high 49 points (20+29) in 72 games.

DET@BUF: Ruotsalainen scores in 3rd period

Ruotsalainen, 24, skated in 18 NHL games last season, recording four points. He posted 51 points (18+33) in 57 games for the Rochester Americans of the AHL and added 12 points (8+4) in 10 playoff games.
He was named the AHL Player of the Month for March after recording eight goals and 10 assists in 13 games that month.

SEA@BUF: Murray cleans up rebound for his 1st goal

Murray also split time between Buffalo and Rochester last season. In 19 games with the Sabres, he recorded his first career points, putting up two goals and four assists over 19 games.
In Rochester, he finished the season with a career-high 32 points (15+17) through 52 games.

TBL@BUF: Luukkonen robs Kucherov

Luukkonen saw action in nine NHL games in 2021-22. He went 2-5-2 with a .917 save percentage and a 2.74 goals-against average.
He played 35 games for Rochester, going 15-14-6 with a .900 save percentage and a 3.28 goals-against average. He was named the AHL Player of the Week during a stretch in November in which he recorded his first AHL shutout.
