Sabres acquire 2025 7th-round pick

The Buffalo Sabres have acquired a seventh-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for goaltender Devin Cooley, the team announced Friday. The pick originally belonged to the Washington Capitals.

Cooley signed a one-year contract in July and played 14 games for Rochester, posting an .891 save percentage.
