ATM
  • Guests can find and access an ATM in the following locations: Behind Section 112, Main Concourse Middle of Ashburn Alley, Main Concourse
    • Near Section 141, Main Concourse
    • Near Section 211, Pavilion/Hall of Fame Club Level
    • Near Section 233, Arcade/Hall of Fame Club Level
    • Near Section 320, Terrace Level

Alcohol Policy
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into nor taken out of Citizens Bank Park™. Guests may be requested to provide photo I.D. when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages may neither be taken into nor out of McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon.
  • All Alcohol sales will be discontinued at the beginning of the third period.

Club Lounges
  • The Hall of Fame Club is on the 200 level and extends from 212-232. Guests must have a valid ticket within the Hall of Fame Club seating sections for access.

Concessions
  • Food and beverages are available throughout Citizens Bank Park™ at permanent locations, numerous portable stands and Harry the K's Broadcast Bar and Grille behind section 143-145.
  • All concession areas are wheelchair accessible.

Designated Drivers
  • The designated driver booth will be available at Spectator Plaza, just inside the three main gates to Citizens Bank Park™ and on the 300 level.
  • Registrants for the program must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
  • In return for pledging responsibility for the safe and sober transportation of the group, designated drivers will receive a giveaway item.

Diamond Club
  • Any guest, including those seated in Sections A through G, must have a credential to access the Diamond Club.
  • The Diamond Club can be entered via stairways adjacent to sections 122 and 125 or by elevator or stairway through the Home Plate Club and Suite Lobby across the concourse from section 122.

Escalators
  • There are three sets of escalators in the ballpark:
    • First Base Gate - Takes guests from the First Base Gate Plaza to the Pavilion Level with a second escalator taking guests to the Terrace Level.
    • Home Plate (located behind Section 126) - Takes guests to the Hall of Fame Club and Terrace Level.
    • Left Field (behind Section 140) - Takes guests to Arcade Level, sections 233-237, and the West Hall of Fame Club Entrance. A second escalator takes guests from this area to the Terrace Level.

Fan Texting
  • Guests who would like to discreetly notify our game-day staff of guest services issues (e.g. security needed, spilled drink, medical issue, etc.) may do so by texting "PHILLIES" [space] followed by the issue and location to 69050. For example: PHILLIES drink spilled in section 123, row 15.

First Aid
  • First aid stations are located on the Main Concourse (behind Section 105) and the Terrace Level (behind Section 318). Each location is staffed with medical personnel. If medical assistance is needed, please notify the nearest stadium personnel, proceed to the nearest location, or call the Guest Services Hotline at 215-218-5469. Fans may also notify personnel by texting "PHILLIES" [space] followed by the issue and location to 69050.

Gate Entrances
  • Entrances are located at the corner of Phillies Drive & Citizens Bank Way (Left Field Gate), Citizens Bank Way & Pattison Avenue (Third Base Gate) and Pattison Avenue and Darien Street (First Base Gate).
  • Private Suite and Club Entrances are located on Pattison Avenue (Home Plate), Citizens Bank Way (West) and Darien Street (East).
  • Gate designations are located on tickets, but guests are welcome to enter any gate.
  • All gates open two (2) hours prior to start of game.

Guest Services
  • Located on the Main Concourse (behind Section 122) and the Terrace Level (behind Section 318), Guest Services will assist you with questions, concerns and requests for information.
  • Open from the time the gates open until fifteen (15) minutes after the game ends.
  • If immediate attention is needed, or if someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please call the Guest Services Hotline at 215-218-5469 or text the word "PHILLIES", with issue and location to 69050.

Lost and Found
  • To report or claim lost articles visit Guest Services located on the Main Concourse (behind Section 122) and the Terrace Level (behind Section 318). Found items will only be held for ten days. For information, guests may call 215-218-5440.
  • Lost children will be escorted to Guest Services. If the child is unable to provide information to reunite the two parties, a picture of the child can be displayed on the scoreboard.

  • 2012 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic® merchandise can be purchased at the following locations:
    • NHL Winter Classic® merchandise tent at Spectator Plaza on Citizens Bank Way
    • Majestic Clubhouse Store , behind section 134
    • Mitchell & Ness Alley Store, in Ashburn Alley
    • '47 Brand Store, behind Section 137
    • Home Stands, behind Sections 121, 207 and 317
    • Portable Kiosks, throughout the ballpark

Parking
  • Parking will be $25 per car for all cash lots
  • Parking lots will open at 9:00 AM.

Public Transportation
  • The SEPTA Subway Station located one block west of Citizens Bank Park™ at the corner of Broad Street and Pattison Avenue is the final stop on the Broad Street Line. Frequent service operates from Center City, Olney and Fern Rock. The subway also connects with PATCO service at the Walnut-Locust Station.
  • There is also bus service located at Broad Street and Pattison Avenue. Guests should call 215-580-7800 or log onto septa.org for updated schedules.
  • Guests needing help placing a call for taxi-service can stop at Guest Services located behind Section 122 on the Main Concourse and behind Section 318 on the Terrace Level. Taxis are available at the end of the game at the corner of Citizens Bank Way and Pattison Avenue (outside the Third Base Gate).

Restrooms
  • A total of 61 restrooms are conveniently located throughout the ballpark (all designed for wheelchair access): 24 men's, 24 women's and 13 family restrooms equipped with changing tables.
  • Family restrooms are located in the following areas to accommodate guests:
    • On the Main Concourse behind Sections 106, 112 and 137
    • In the Diamond Club (must have credential to access the Diamond Club)
    • In the Hall of Fame Club behind Sections 219 and 224 (must have valid club/suite ticket)
    • On the Pavilion Level behind Sections 205 and 208
    • On the Arcade Level behind Section 234
    • On the Terrace Level behind Sections 319, 322 and 329

Security Guidelines
  • Guests at Citizens Bank Park™ are asked to cooperate with security personnel to ensure the safety of all guests. In addition, guests who wear or bring heavy clothing, jackets, or blankets may be asked to open such items for inspection and pat down.
  • The following items are not permitted:
    • Alcohol or illegal substances
    • Apparel or signage displaying profane or abusive language
    • Audio recording equipment
    • Bags or backpacks larger than 16" x 16" x 8"
    • Balloons
    • Banners
    • Beach Balls
    • Brooms, poles or tripods
    • Cans, bottles and open containers
    • Coolers
    • Fireworks
    • Firearms, knives or other weapons
    • Flasks
    • Large Purses
    • Laser Pointers
    • Nets
    • Noisemakers
    • Professional cameras/lenses (lenses longer than 6")
    • Strollers
    • Thermoses
    • Video/movie cameras
    • Umbrellas
    • Any other device that are deemed dangerous, inappropriate, interfere with and/or distract the players, fans or telecast of the game.
    • Any such items should be returned to your vehicle and/or discarded. All fans are subject to a search and/or pat-down before entering the ballpark.
    • Guests are asked to arrive early to eliminate lines at security checks

Smoking
  • By City of Philadelphia ordinance, smoking is only permitted in designated areas (First Base Gate, Third Base Gate, Left Field Gate and the East Suite and Club Entrance). Violators may be ejected.

Suites
  • A total of 82 luxury Suites are located on the EMC2 Suite Level and Hall of Fame Club Level. Guests must have a valid suite ticket to access these levels and suite.

Wheelchair Assistance
  • Courtesy wheelchairs may be obtained at the three main entrance gates, as well as Guest Services located on the Main Concourse (behind Section 122) and the Terrace Level (behind Section 318).
  • A valid driver's license, credit card or some other form of identification as well as seat location must be provided to use the chair.
  • Wheelchairs can only be used to assist fans to or from seats and must be promptly returned to assist with other fans' needs.
