The referee informed the Situation Room that Montreal forward Travis Moen made incidental contact with Florida goaltender Tim Thomas, preventing Thomas from doing his job in the crease. This is not a reviewable play therefore the referee's call on the ice stands - no penalty and no goal Montreal.

At 4:59 of overtime in the Canucks/Ducks game, video review upheld the referee's call on the ice that Corey Perry's shot crossed the goal line with 1.3 seconds remaining on the clock. Good goal Anaheim.

At 6:46 of the third period in the Predators/Hurricanes game, video review determined that the puck entered the net off of Patric Hornqvist's skate, however there was no distinct kicking motion. According to Rule 49.2 "A puck that deflects into the net off an attacking player's skate who does not use a distinct kicking motion is a legitimate goal." Good goal Nashville.

The referee informed the Situation Room that he blew his whistle to stop play because the puck was covered under Jonathan Quick's pad before his pad and the puck were pushed across the goal line. At 4:41 of the third period of the Maple Leafs/Red Wings game, video review supported the call on the ice that Toronto forward Tyler Bozak deflected the puck into the net below the height of the crossbar. According to Rule 60.5 "The determining factor is where the puck makes contact with the stick. If the puck makes contact with the stick below the level of the crossbar and enters the goal, this goal shall be allowed." Good Goal Toronto.
