Enter your zip code to ensure eligibility and click "Add to Cart"

Enter your promo code on the right side of the screen where it says “Have a promo code? Enter it below”, then click “Apply” and this will bring your total to $0 and you can move forward securing your Mammoth+ subscription

Select “Checkout”

Enter your email information and sign in if applicable or create a new login

Enter your credit card information, please note that your credit card will not be charged at this time, it will only be charged when your account renews in one year. If you are not interested in renewing your account in a year you will need to cancel your account, which can be done via the "Manage Account" page (https://www.segplus.com/account)

How long is the subscription good for? Is it for one full season or one year from the time they sign up?

The subscription is good for one year from the day of signup, so if one customer redeems their access code on September 21, 2025, their account would be active until September 21, 2026, while if another waits to redeem their code until February of 2026, it would still be active for 365 days until February of 2027.

Will the subscription automatically renew?

The subscription will automatically renew, subscribers will be required to enter credit card information when redeeming their complimentary subscription and will be charged after their complimentary year, so if they redeemed on September 21, 2025, they would be charged the full amount for a Mammoth+ annual subscription on September 21, 2026, which would last until September 21, 2027. If they do not want to be automatically charged they need to cancel their account. They have the ability to cancel at any time and still access their subscription through their original renewal date, in this example September 21, 2025-September 21, 2026.

Do we know when entering the promo code if customers will be required to include billing information when they register for the Mammoth+ Program?

Yes, they will be required to enter billing information, but their credit card will not be charged during their complimentary year.
