Heading to a Utah Mammoth Game at the Delta Center?

Get ready! This is your official guide for everything you need to know before you step into the arena.

Bags (including purses) will not be allowed at Delta Center. Diaper bags and medical bags will be allowed if they are no larger than 14”x14”x6”. Clutches will be allowed but must be no larger than 4”x6”x2”. Please note that all medical and diaper bags will be X-rayed upon entrance. Bag X-rays are only located at Door 5 (the main entrance on the North East corner of the arena).

When to Arrive

Doors open 90 minutes before puck drop.

Early Entry: America First Credit Union members receive early access 30 minutes before general doors open. Members must present their America First Credit Union debit card at the designated early entry door.

Sign Policy

Banners, flags, posters, and signs are not permitted inside the arena, unless otherwise specified by team, event and/or arena management.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited at all events (Note: this is not an all-inclusive list):

  • • Aerosol cans
  • • Audio/visual recording devices (e.g. GoPros, Google Glass, Spectacles, etc.)
  • • Backpacks, bags, and purses
  • • Beach balls, frisbees, or any other projectiles
  • • Coolers or bottles (cans or glass)
  • • Drones
  • • Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind
  • • Fireworks
  • • Flasks
  • • Flashlights
  • • Illegal substances
  • • Large banners/flags
  • • Laser pointers
  • • Mace, pepper spray
  • • Noise-making devices, including whistles/horns
  • • Optical illusions intended to interfere with another's vision
  • • Professional or commercial cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses
  • • Signs and banners
  • • Outside food and beverage
  • • Sticks, poles or pipes, selfie sticks, bats, clubs, umbrellas

  • • Anything else deemed inappropriate by management
Accessibility Information

We are committed to creating a comfortable sports and entertainment experience while accommodating the needs of our guests with special needs. The information below explains our services and policies to ensure a safe, respectful, and efficient experience.

  • Assistive Listening Devices: Available at Guest Services (Main Level Portal Y/Door 4) free of charge. A valid driver license or credit card is held as a security deposit.
  • Accessible Parking: Spaces are in the Park Place parking lot (northeast of Delta Center on South Temple) and are first-come, first-served at event or daily rates.
  • Accessible Seating:
    • • Many accessible seating options are available throughout the arena.
    • • Guests who purchased non-accessible tickets may exchange them for accessible seats at Guest Services on event day, subject to availability.
    • • To check availability before the event, visit the ticketing website or call Guest Services. Accessible seating is limited and in high demand, so early requests are recommended.
  • Closed Captioning: In-arena closed captioning is also displayed on the Jumbotron for most games, providing real-time captions of announcements and commentary.
  • Interpreting Services: Sign language interpreters must be requested at least 30 days before the event and approved by the performer or event management. Call Guest Services at (801) 325-2052 for details.
  • Passenger Drop-Off Zone: Located on 300 West. Note: postgame traffic may make this area difficult for pick-up.
  • Wheelchairs:
    • • Wheelchair assistance is available to transport guests to/from seats.
    • • Guests may request assistance from any Guest Services or Event Security staff or by calling Guest Services at (801) 325-2052 on event day (from doors opening until the event ends). Limited wheelchairs are available, so early arrangements are recommended.
