Building Opportunities. Strengthening Communities.

Inclusive Sourcing Program

At Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE), our long-standing commitment to creating opportunities, fostering inclusivity, and making a positive impact drives everything we do. As stewards of professional sports teams, including the Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, Delaware Blue Coats, and Utica Comets, and operators of the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, we influence a diverse portfolio of venues and properties.

Economic opportunity has always been at the heart of HBSE’s mission. Our Inclusive Sourcing Program reinforces this commitment by seeking to provide businesses of all sizes and backgrounds with equal access to opportunities to collaborate with HBSE. This initiative is part of our broader efforts to create positive, lasting change through action, programs, and standards.

What We Procure

How To Get Involved

Register as a Supplier

To be considered for procurement opportunities, complete your supplier registration at SupplierOne. Registering enhances your visibility for relevant opportunities.

Evaluation

Once registered, your profile will be reviewed by our Inclusive Sourcing Team and department heads. Suppliers will be evaluated based on capabilities, cost, quality, customer service, and alignment with specific project needs. All contracting decisions will be made in a nondiscriminatory manner without regard to race, ethnicity, or any other characteristic protected by law. While registration doesn’t guarantee selection, a complete and accurate profile increases your chances of being considered for future opportunities.

Connect

If there’s a match between your services and our needs, we’ll reach out to explore potential collaboration.

At HBSE, we are committed to fostering inclusive sourcing practices, seeking to provide that all suppliers—regardless of size or background—have equal access to business opportunities. We evaluate suppliers based on skills, qualifications, services, and pricing, making decisions in a non-discriminatory manner. Through our Inclusive Sourcing Program, we strive to create fair opportunities and contribute to the growth of businesses within the communities we serve. Together, we can make a meaningful impact—on and off the field of play.
