Use Your Mobile Device as Your Ticket

Accessing your tickets has never been easier! Mobile tickets are now the preferred method of ticket delivery for all New York Rangers games at Madison Square Garden. Download The Madison Square Garden App on Apple Store or Google Pay to access and manage your tickets, as well as enhance your experience at The Garden all season long.

To make entry as fast as possible, please add all of your tickets to your mobile wallet or Passbook prior to arriving at the arena.

STEP 1

Download the Madison Square Garden app on your smartphone.

STEP 2

Select the Tickets tab on the bottom navigation and click Manage Tickets.

STEP 3

Login with your Madison Square Garden account manager email and password and press Sign In.

STEP 4

If you have a Ticketmaster account, link it to your Madison Square Garden account manager to see all of your tickets in one place.

STEP 5

Under My Tickets, find the specific game you're interested in accessing or managing and select it.

STEP 6

Click View Barcode to view your QR Code.

STEP 7

This is the mobile ticket and scannable QR code you'll need to enter Madison Square Garden. Additional tickets in your set can be viewed by swiping right. We strongly encourage you to add your tickets to your mobile wallet (both Apple Wallet and Google Pay are available) before you arrive.

STEP 1

Open the Madison Square Garden app on your smartphone.

STEP 2

Select the Tickets tab on the bottom navigation and click Manage Tickets.

STEP 3

Login with your Madison Square Garden account email and password and press Sign In.

STEP 4

Under My Tickets, find the specific game you're interested in transferring and select it.

STEP 5

Press Transfer at the bottom of the screen.

STEP 6

Select the seat(s) that you would like to transfer and press Transfer To.

STEP 7

Select from your contacts or manually enter a recipient.

STEP 8

Select to transfer your ticket(s) either via email or mobile phone.

STEP 1

Open the Madison Square Garden app on your smartphone.

STEP 2

Select the Tickets tab on the bottom navigation and click Manage Tickets.

STEP 3

Login with your Madison Square Garden account email and password and press Sign In.

STEP 4

Under My Events, find the specific game you're interested in reselling and select it.

STEP 5

Press Sell at the bottom of the screen.

STEP 6

Select the seat(s) that you would like to sell and press Set Price.

STEP 7

Enter your selling price. Then select Payout Method.

STEP 8

Choose your method of payment. Then select Confirm.

STEP 9

Review select Sell Tickets.

STEP 1 - MOBILE

In the text transfer notification, press the link to go to Madison Square Garden Account Manager.

STEP 1 - EMAIL

In the email transfer notification, press Accept Tickets.

STEP 2

Sign in using your Madison Square Garden Account. If the transfer was sent to an email, please make sure to login to the account associated with that email address. If you don't already have an account, create a new one here.

STEP 3

View the ticket(s) being transferred and press Accept.

STEP 4

Press Continue to head to the next page

STEP 5

Now that your tickets have been loaded on to your Madison Square Garden account, press Let's Go to view all of your events.

STEP 6

Preview details for the game you accepted. If you have tickets for multiple games you'll see them all listed here. To bring up your actual ticket press View Barcode.

Mobile Ticketing FAQs

A: Download the MSG App from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store. Go to "Tickets" and then "Manage Tickets". Browse for the specific event you're looking for and tap to see your tickets. If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, swipe to navigate between them.

A: No. All tickets are fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device.

A: No, a mobile ticket must be provided either within the app, the mobile website or within your phone's wallet to gain entry.

A: That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn't work, your ticket can be validated by having the ticket taker manually enter your ticket number directly into the scanner.

A: Our team app includes offline mode so once the tickets have been added to your account, you will be able to access them regardless of internet connectivity. To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving to the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you're an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay (formerly known as Android Pay).

A: We recommend that you download your tickets at least 24 hours before the event.

A: Simply come to MSG box office, present your ID and we'll print your tickets for you.

A: Yes. You can also transfer each ticket to each of your guests' phone.

A: You can easily send each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.

A: Yes. If they don't have one already, they will create one in the acceptance process.

A: Yes, you can reclaim tickets as long as they haven't already been accepted by the recipient.

A: Yes; You may manage your tickets until 1-hour after the scheduled start of the event.

A: Our venue is PCI compliant, giving you the highest available security to ensure that your credit card, driver's license, and account password are all well protected.
