T-Mobile Arena will operate with enhanced safety protocols including:

  • No bags or backpacks will be permitted into T-Mobile Arena, except for small clutches and wallets (5" x 9" x 2" max). These items will be manually screened.
  • Masks will be required at all times when not actively eating or drinking
  • Enhanced cleaning schedules

Yes, members will receive a member box and gift for the 2021-22 season. Further information will be communicated at a later date.

Tickets for all home games (preseason and regular season) have been delivered to your AXS Mobile App. Flash Seats has been discontinued, but all the functions to manage your tickets are still available in AXS. You can download the app through the App Store (iPhone) or on Google Play (Android).

Season Ticket Members will see their game tickets in AXS for all 2021-22 preseason and regular season games. They will also see their 2021-22 Season Ticket Member Pass. This pass is used to receive your Season Ticket Member discount when purchasing Golden Knights merchandise at The Arsenal, The Armory, or The Livery. Full season parking packages can be confirmed via your AXS account; however management of your passes will be through ParkMobile.

Parking passes are delivered via ParkMobile. For full season members who have renewed their parking or purchased parking prior to September 15, 2021, please click VGK Full Season and enter your Golden Knights Account Number as your Access Code to download your passes. To use your parking pass, please print your pass for the appropriate game and bring it with you on gameday.

Auto-renewal information will be communicated via email in December with payments for the 2022-23 season beginning in January.

  1. Log in to your VGK Fan Account.
  2. To the left, click on the YOUR ACCOUNT tab.
  3. Toggle from the Your Info tab to the Payments tab at the top of the page.

Add New Card

  1. Under Payment Methods, select + Add Payment Method.
  2. Fill in your card information and click CONTINUE.
  3. Enter the corresponding billing address for your new card.
  4. Check the box next to Set as primary card.
  5. Click SAVE.

Update Existing Card

  1. Click on the card.
  2. Click Edit on the bottom right corner.
  3. Check the box next to Set as primary card.
  4. Click SAVE.
