Wild Players Guest Coach at Hendrickson Foundation Festival

BLAINE, Minn. -- The 2023 Hendrickson Foundation Festival, hosted annually at the National Sports Center's Super Rink, was held over the weekend from June 2-4. The festival invited athletes from across the country to compete against Minnesota Wild Blind Hockey, Minnesota Wild Special Hockey, Minnesota Sled Hockey Association and Minnesota Warriors Hockey.

Participants in this year's festival were surprised with special guest coaches. Minnesota Wild captain Jared Spurgeon and alternate captain Marcus Foligno teamed up with forward Ryan Hartman and defenseman Jake Middleton to help coach at the event and be a positive locker room presence. The members of the Wild spent time with the athletes, made appearances on the bench, signed autographs and took pictures.
