Traded to NY Rangers by Montreal with the rights to Eddie Dorohoy for Hy Buller with Montreal holding right of recall if Dorohoy failed to make NY Rangers roster, June 8, 1954. Transaction cancelled after Buller retired, September, 1954. Traded to Chicago by Montreal for Bill Shevtz and cash with Montreal holding right of recall, October 9, 1954.
