Penalties shall be actual playing time and shall be divided in the following classes:
- Minor penalties
- Bench minor penalties
- Major penalties
- Misconduct penalties
- Match penalties
- Penalty shot
When coincident penalties are imposed on players of both
Teams, the penalized players of the visiting Team shall
take their positions on the penalty bench first in the place
designated for visiting players.
(NOTE) When play is not actually in progress and an offense
is committed by any player, the same penalty shall apply as
though play was actually in progress.
