Try Hockey For Free This Saturday

The Colorado Avalanche will help support area rinks for "Try Hockey For Free Day" on Saturday, Nov. 10, by giving children between the ages of 4-9 a completely free experience to try youth hockey as part of USA Hockey's Come Play Hockey month.
There will be 12 locations in the state of Colorado that will hold free clinics, located in Arvada, Centennial, Colorado Springs, Denver, Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction, Greeley, Littleton, Monument, Pueblo, Superior and Westminster (more info below). Nationwide, nearly 450 rinks will participate in Try Hockey For Free Day.

Avalanche mascot Bernie and members of the Ram Trucks Avalanche Ice Girls will also be joining in the fun on Saturday at various locations.
Equipment will be available to borrow free of charge for kids attending the Try Hockey clinics and no experience is required to participate. The clinics are scheduled to last for about an hour.
