STEP 2
Tap on the “Sign In Here” button on the home screen.
STEP 3
Sign in using the email & password associated with your NHL Account Manager account.
If you are logging in for the first time or have forgotten your password, please view the password assistance steps.
STEP 4
Once you have successfully signed in, select “Manage Tickets" from the home screen to see your purchased tickets for any upcoming NHL events.
STEP 5
Select the event you wish to view your ticket(s).
STEP 6A (iPhone User)
Once you have viewed your tickets on your mobile device, don't forget to save them to your mobile device for faster access on game day.
STEP 6B (Android User)

STEP 7A (iPhone User)
Once the tickets have been saved to the mobile wallet, the barcode will no longer show on the ticket. Guests can hold ticket(s) near the scanner at the gate to enter.

STEP 1B
Select “Manage Tickets" from the home screen.
STEP 2
Select the event you wish to cancel the transferred ticket(s) from.
STEP 3
If the recipient has NOT ACCEPTED the ticket transfer yet, you can cancel the transfer by selecting the "Cancel Transfer" button under the specific ticket(s).
STEP 4
Confirm your transfer cancellation on the pop-up by selecting “Yes”.
