Stolarz stops 34 shots as Knights blank Battalion 1-0 in SO

LONDON, Ont. - Anthony Stolarz stopped 34 shots as the London Knights blanked the visiting Brampton Battalion 1-0 in a shootout on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Seth Griffith, Matt Rupert and Max Domi all scored in the shootout for the Knights (38-9-3).

Matej Machovsky turned away all 28 shots he faced in a losing cause for the Battalion (23-18-9), who have earned at least one point in six straight games.

Quote of the Day

It's about enjoying the moment. It's pretty cool to get that many people together and that excited about hockey to the point they really want you to mess up. They've got a ton of red jerseys and you have to sit back and appreciate people love hockey that much and you are the one out there who gets to play the game. Just try and stick with that respect for the game and also the mentality that for me it's just about entering the fight and seeing how long I can stay in it.
