Flyers defenseman Schenn sidelined two weeks

Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Luke Schenn will be sidelined two weeks with a lower-body injury, the Flyers announced Sunday.

Schenn played 15:20 in the Flyers' 4-1 loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets on Saturday before he was checked into the boards by Blue Jackets forward Michael Chaput late in the third period.

Schenn has two goals, five points and 28 penalty minutes in 23 games while averaging 17:49 of ice time this season.
