CLEVELAND - Mike Condon stopped 34 shots— including 15 in the third period— and Daniel Carr had a pair of goals as the Hamilton Bulldogs blanked the host Lake Erie Monsters 4-0 on Saturday in American Hockey League action.
Charles Hudon had a goal and an assist for the Bulldogs (23-18-6), who have won seven of their past eight outings. Nick Sorkin tacked on the other goal.
Calvin Pickard stopped 22-of-26 shots for the Monsters (21-17-7), who lost in regulation for the first time after a 5-0-2 stretch.
Hamilton went 0 for 3 on the power play while Lake Erie failed to score on either of its chances with the man advantage.
