San Jose Sharks center Logan Couture is questionable for the game Thursday against the Boston Bruins because of an apparent head injury sustained in a 2-1 win against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday, according to CSNBayArea.com.

Couture was injured 26 seconds into the third period when he collided with Flyers forward Michael Raffl. It appeared that Raffl's shoulder hit Couture in the chin. Couture left the ice under his own power but did not return to the game.

He did not practice Wednesday.

"Felt better [Wednesday]," Sharks coach Todd McLellan said of Couture. "There's still protocol that we need to adhere to. He'll get through the day. We'll see how he is in the morning. I can't even venture to guess which way it will go. We obviously want him in and we know he wants to play, but we have to make sure that he is in a good state and feels good."

Couture has three goals and three assists in the past six games. He leads San Jose with 22 points, and his 10 goals are tied with Joe Pavelski for the San Jose lead.
