The Pittsburgh Penguins' injury list continues to grow. But despite a roster laden with minor-league call-ups, the Penguins have taken command in the Metropolitan Division race as they prepare for their second visit of the season to Madison Square Garden in this week's Wednesday Night Rivalry game (8 p.m. ET, NBCSN, TSN2).

The Penguins come to the Garden with four consecutive victories and nine wins in their past 10 games. The New York Rangers play the sixth of a nine-game homestand that saw them lose the first four before beating the Calgary Flames 4-3 in a shootout Sunday.
