The Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday that Los Angeles Kings center Jarret Stoll suffered a seizure in his home Wednesday morning and was taken to the hospital. He is expected to be released later Wednesday after having a battery of tests run on him.

"Everything is OK," Kings general manager Dean Lombardi told the newspaper. "They've run some tests and they still had another one to run. The bottom line is that he's fine. Now the issue is what caused it. There are a myriad of things that can cause them."

Stoll, who lives in Hermosa Beach, Calif., missed six games in the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs with a concussion he sustained on a hit by San Jose Sharks forward Raffi Torres in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals. He returned for Game 1 of the Western Conference Final against the Chicago Blackhawks and played all five games in that series.
