Leivo extends point streak to 10 games as Wolves edge the Battalion

SUDBURY, Ont. - Joshua Leivo scored twice and set up two more as the Sudbury Wolves edged the visiting Brampton Battalion 4-3 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League play.

The four-point outing extended Leivo's point streak to 10 games and he has 19 points in the process.

Jacob Harris also scored twice for the Wolves (17-16-7), who have earned at least one point in nine straight games.

Brandon Robinson had two goals and an assist for the Battalion (19-16-6), who have dropped back-to-back contests, and Patrik Machac had a goal and an assist.

Joel Vienneau turned away 41-of-44 shots for the win as Jake Smith made 26 saves in a losing cause.

Sudbury went 2 for 5 on the power play while Brampton scored once on six chances with the man advantage.
