Attack scores three times in third period en route to beating the Generals

OSHAWA, Ont. - The Owen Sound Attack scored three straight goals in the third period as they came from behind to beat the host Oshawa Generals 4-2 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Keevin Cutting, Gemel Smith and Nathan Chiarlitti scored third-period goals in the span of 3:44 for the Attack (25-8-3) while Daniel Catenacci scored in the first period.

Smith, Chiarlitti and Catenacci also had an assist each for two-point outings as Brandon Hope made 19 saves for the win.

Bradley Latour and Scott Laughton scored for the Generals (21-13-3), who had their four-game win streak halted, and Daniel Altshuller turned aside 31 shots in a losing cause.

Owen Sound failed to score on six chances with the power play while Oshawa went 1 for 6.
