Moser with three points as the Broncos beat the Wheat Kings 5-0

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Ryan Moser scored twice and added an assist as the Swift Current Broncos blanked the visiting Brandon Wheat Kings 5-0 on Saturday in Western Hockey League play.

Landon Bow and Eetu Laurikainen combined to make 17 saves for the shutout. Bow started the game but had to leave at 16:49 of the first period with an injury.

Graham Black had a goal and an assist for the Broncos (12-13-5), who have won five of their last six games, and Reece Scarlett and Levi Bews each scored once.

Curtis Honey stopped 26-of-31 shots in a losing cause for the Wheat Kings (10-16-3), who are winless in five games.

Swift Current went 2 for 3 on the power play while Brandon failed to score on five chances with the man advantage.
