BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Malcolm Subban made 23 saves for the Belleville Bulls as they picked up a 3-0 shutout victory over the Ottawa 67's Sunday afternoon in Ontario Hockey League action.

Stephen Silas, Sergey Kuptsov and Carter Sandlak all scored for Belleville (14-8-3).

Garrett Hooey chipped in with two assists on the evening as well for the Bulls.

After a quiet first period that saw no scoring, Belleville finally got the ball rolling with Silas' third goal of the campaign. Digging the puck out of the corner, Silas stickhandled his way to the front of the net before sneaking the puck through the pads of Clint Windsor.

Windsor was by far the more tested goalie, making 50 saves for Ottawa (7-18-2). Subban's shutout was the second of the year for the Boston Bruins' first-round draft pick.

Kuptsov added the insurance marker early in the third period, converting off a scrum in front of the net and banging home his fifth of the year.

Sandlak's goal late in the third closed out the scoring.

Ottawa finished the night going 0-for-5 with the man advantage while Belleville was 0-for-4.
