BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Malcolm Subban stopped all 31 shots he faced as the Belleville Bulls blanked the visiting Kingston Frontenacs 1-0 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Subban's first shutout of the season earned him the game's first star.

Austen Brassard scored the game's only goal for the Bulls (8-4-1) while Jordan Subban and Carter Sandlak picked up the assists.

The Frontenacs (5-8-0) have now dropped five straight contests.

Mike Morrison made 36 saves and picked up the game's second star in a losing effort.

Belleville went 0-for-2 on the power play while Kingston failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.

Brassard opened the scoring late in the first period as he cut from the left side of the ice and went around a crowd of Kingston players before letting go a wrist shot that eluded Morrison.
